The Sava Diplomas

Our diplomas are level 6 qualifications overseen by the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) and enable those without a relevant degree or experience to train in residential building surveying and properly identify and report on issues, defects and risks in housing.

The Diploma in Residential Surveying (DRS) is approved for direct entry into the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), whilst the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation (DRSV) also provides direct entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
