The Diploma in Residential Surveying (DRS) is approved for direct entry into the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), whilst the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation (DRSV) also provides direct entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
