Why train as a residential surveyor?

Whether you’re a landlord or simply interested in developing your understanding of residential property, enhancing your knowledge of buildings can help you make more confident decisions — and could even lead to an exciting new career.

The Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation, delivered by the Sava School of Surveying, teaches you everything from residential construction and building pathology to inspection skills and identifying property defects.

As the UK’s only part-time, vocational route into residential surveying, the diploma is ideal for both property professionals wanting to strengthen their expertise and those looking to retrain into a rewarding new profession.

In just 24 months, you could use your new skills to better manage property investments, enhance your existing role, or transition into a career as a residential surveyor.
