The diploma is the UK’s only vocational route into the profession – perfect for complete career changers and those looking for a new role in property.

On completion, the diploma is your ticket to professional memberships with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).

Course Details

The Sava diploma is a degree-equivalent qualification that's accredited by the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE). The course is delivered part time over 24 months by expert trainers who are active in the surveying field.

Keeping travel to a minimum, you'll learn through a mix of virtual classrooms and online study, plus a total of 12 face-to-face sessions across your training period (including 8 in-person classroom days at your chosen UK course location and 4 practical days at our training properties in Milton Keynes).

Surveying is a profession, much like a lawyer or accountant, and your salary will reflect this.

Starting salaries vary depending on where and how you work, with many firms offering commission and bonuses; however, according to popular recruitment sites Reed and Talent.com, entry level positions start at £45,000 per year.

Within 3 years of graduating, the average basic salary of a Sava graduate is £61,000*, with experienced and independent members of the profession reporting earnings in excess of £140,000 per year.
