Paranormal inspections aren't on their way to being introduced into the RICS Home Survey Standard (...that we know of). Besides, if it were true, we certainly wouldn't be catching any ghostly readings using an EMF detector fashioned out of an old portable mic and vacuum attachment. Did you spot it?
